User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. The website https://ancient.su provides the User with access to purchase auxiliary software (hereinafter — "Software") for popular games, as well as services for installation, configuration and launch of this software.

1.2. The Administration is not responsible for how the User uses the purchased Software. All responsibility for the consequences of its use lies solely with the User.

1.3. Software and services are provided "as is" (AS IS), without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with specific systems or error-free operation.

2. Terms of Use and Limitations

2.1. The User agrees to use the website and purchased products exclusively for personal purposes and not to transfer them to third parties.

2.2. It is prohibited to distribute, copy, decompile, modify or use the Software for commercial purposes without written permission from the Administration.

2.3. Any attempts to violate protection, hack or modify products lead to immediate termination of service without refund.

3. Disclaimer

3.1. Any functions, as well as all software, may stop working at any time without prior notice.

3.2. In case of anti-cheat detection, ban, technical malfunctions or termination of Software support, no refund is made.

3.3. The Administration is not responsible for possible bans, sanctions, loss of game accounts or other damage caused by the use of the Software.

4. Refunds and Compensation

4.1. In case of detection or ban, no refund is made.

4.2. Refunds are not made if the User's system characteristics do not meet the stated requirements or if the Software does not function due to third-party reasons (viruses, blocks, Windows errors, etc.).

4.3. Funds are not refunded if the User purchased the wrong product or selected the wrong version.

4.4. Refunds are not made if the program has suspended operation for a certain or indefinite period for any reason.

4.5. Compensation is possible solely at the discretion of the Administration.

4.6. In case of problems with launch or configuration, the Administration provides assistance through remote connection. If the User refuses remote assistance, no refund is made.

5. Procedure for Appeals and Complaint Review

5.1. All questions related to purchases, use of software, as well as claims or complaints should be sent to the email: z3n.pro@yandex.ru.

5.2. Complaints are considered individually, within 7 (seven) business days.

5.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse a refund or compensation if the terms of this Agreement are violated.

6. Agreement Changes

6.1. The Administration has the right to change or supplement this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.

6.2. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website https://ancient.su.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Using the website and purchasing software means the User's full agreement with all provisions of this Agreement.

7.2. In case of disagreement with any of the provisions, the User is obliged to stop using the website and refuse to purchase products.

7.3. This Agreement is an official document and governs the interaction between the User and the Administration of the website https://ancient.su.
